These stockings are a variation on the traditional fishnet, finished with a reinforced toe at one end and a shallow weltat the other.

The look on the leg is flattering but unlike a traditional fishnet that gives the impression of even colour these look like patterned stockings at almost any distance.

The Lycra in the fibre provides enough stretch to fit pretty well any length of leg, the welt at the top will be the limiting factor, it will be tight if you have big thighs; although if you are within the suggested sizing it will at least fit. The welt also has a tendency to roll over; fortunately it will take a suspender and we would suggest that these hold-ups work better as traditional stockings with suspenders.

We have to wonder if the person who designed the tops of these stockings ever wears stockings.  As with several styles we have looked at from Leg Avenue recently it is the top detail that legs the rest down.

The sin is compounded by the fact that on the Leg Avenue Sheer Thigh Highs with Diamond Side the welt detail is very good.
