Our test pair of these hold ups came in black, very suitable for the season but almost a disappointment when you see the range of colours available.. White and white silk for summer weddings, pale and dark suntan shades for that healthy tanned legged look and grey and anthracite for that classy not quite black look.
We only said “almost” a disappointment, these stockings are gorgeous. Ultra light and ultra sheer legs with shaping at the heel topped off with a stunning lace top.
Sizing is spot on and the 15% Lycra ensures a fit like a second skin. Two silicone bands at the top of the lace top ensure they stay up with easy, and no pinching. The finish is smooth and soft and the colour perfectly even.
The lace tops are designed to be seen so make sure to choose your skirt carefully, keeping them entirely out of site would be a crime.
Our tip is to buy several colours, and at least two pairs of each. Stockings this good don’t come around very often.
